ENFIELD SCRIPT WRITING WORKSHOPS
Saturdays 10.00-12.00pm from February 27th- March 20th at the Dugdale Centre, Enfield. For up to 20 people (priority given to those who live/work in Enfield).
Expert scriptwriting tutor Margaret Glover from London Film School teaches across four weekends the four key aspects of film storytelling – story, character, landscape and structure. An imaginative and accessible series of writing workshops ideal for beginners or those wishing to review techniques.


SPEED DATING
Tuesday, February 23rd, 6.30 – 8.30pm at the Camden Centre, opp Kings Cross station. For up to 24 people.
12 North London Film-makers get to date 12 key talent including Producers, Writers, Actors, Editors from North London for 7 minutes at a time.


SECRETS OF DIRECTING
Tuesday, March 2nd, 6.30-9.00pm at Dugdale Centre, Enfield. For up to 12 people.
Expert Director Patrick Tucker tailors his popular workshop for NLFF film-makers.


BEHIND THE SCENES
Monday, March 8th, 6.30-9.30pm at Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Tottenham. For up to 20 people.
Brek Taylor and Elizabeth Mitchell talk film-makers through the highs and lows of making their first feature film using stills and footage to document a 5 years journey.

Central Film School tutor and cinematographer provides practical and creative advice on shooting different genres within a variety of limitations – ideal for the short film-maker who wants to make their money go further!


SHORT FILM DISTIRUBTION
March 30th, 2-4pm at Film London. For up to 12 people.
Film distributors review presentations by 8 NLFF film-makers, adivising on their strategies and the best techniques for ensuring their short film gets seen by as many people as possible.
